Soukup’s professional experience spans a wide range of industries, with work in nonprofits, small business and corporate environments, including academic and scientific research, market research, community centers,  health clinics, and schools.

Dr. Lou Traina specializes in assisting clients with major gifts and capital campaigns. He has served in public and private nonprofit enterprises in southwest Florida for more than 29 years and is well-known throughout the community as an expert in his field.

Debra Haley is a senior consultant, coaching nonprofit clients in multiply specialties. She specializes in advising clients on Board governance, fundraising, donor management, volunteer management, communications, and corporate sponsorships.

Stanton has been a CFRE since 1994. He primarily works with nonprofit clients on a wide array of topics such as major gifts cultivation, operations management, volunteer and board training, annual appeals, communications, grant writing, and stewardship.

Kim is a consultant with a drive and vision, resulting in successful outcomes in generating revenue and increasing support bases for non-profit organizations. She specializes in working on high-end event planning, grant proposal writing, program development, and major gift solicitation.
